2004 Florida Voter Survey: The Constitutional Amendment Process

A survey taken after last November's election reveals widespread distrust of the initiative petition process for amending the state Constitution.  Authored by University of South Florida political scientist Dr. Susan MacManus, the survey was cosponsored by The James Madison Institute and the Collins Center for Public Policy.  An article summarizing the survey is the cover story in the new issue of The Journal of The James Madison Institute.
