Diane KatzAdjunct Scholar, The James Madison InstituteDiane S. Katz is Director of Science, Environment and Technology with the Mackinac Center for Public Policy and an Adjunct Scholar with The James Madison Institute. Prior to joining the Mackinac Center in 2002, Katz served for nine years as a member of the Detroit News Editorial Board, specializing in science and the environment, telecommunications and technology, and the auto industry.
