The James Madison Institute invites you to join us for a 2011 Post-Legislative Session Wrap-Up on Thursday, May 26 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Our meeting will take place at JMI’s new headquarters at The Columns at 100 North Duval Street in downtown Tallahassee.We hope you will pardon our dust during this “sneak peek” into our new, historic location. Whether or not you have previously visited The Columns building, we would like to offer you this opportunity to step inside and see the space as it looks before we renovate. Our grand opening will take place later this year.For the time being, we have several beautiful rooms that can host these types of events, which we imagine will become a regular part of the JMI experience. We are excited at this first chance to welcome you into our new home.On May 26, we will provide lunch along with an analysis of the many good reforms that were passed in the 2011 Legislative Session, along with proposals that await another day.
