With over a decade of nonprofit fundraising experience, Austin is responsible for developing relationships with existing and potential supporters by sharing JMI’s accomplishments in advancing innovative free-market policies. He enjoys developing deep relationships and understanding what truly drives donors to support JMI and how to showcase the impact of their gifts.
A two-time graduate of Troy University (AL), Austin holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Hospitality, Sport, and Tourism Management, with a focus on development and marketing.
Austin and his wife Celia live in Tallahassee. Outside of his work advancing JMI’s mission, Austin enjoys staying active by going to the gym, hiking Tallahassee’s 700 miles of outdoor trails and visiting national parks. He also has a passion for BBQ. He enjoys exploring.
