The Honorable Nina Ashenafi-Richardson, known fondly as “Judge Nina,” was elected in 2008 to serve the 2 nd Judicial Circuit. She presides over criminal, civil cases, family and Felony Drug Court. She has twice been re-elected by the citizens of Leon County, who recently selected her as Tallahassee Woman of the Year by the Tallahassee Woman Magazine. Judge Ashenafi-Richardson is known for her humble, kind spirt, devotion to being a fair and impartial judge, and one who treats all who come before her in court with dignity and respect.
