JMI Annual Dinner Update

The James Madison Institute regrets to announce that Fox News reporter Shannon Bream has had to cancel her appearance at our annual dinner in Tallahassee on Wednesday, April 3.

While we are disappointed, we are excited to announce that Jason Riley will be our 2019 annual dinner keynote speaker.

Jason Riley is a Wall Street Journal columnist, Senior Fellow at the Manhattan Institute, Fox News commentator, and best-selling author. Jason’s book, “Please Stop Helping Us: How Liberals Make It Harder for Blacks to Succeed” has redirected the conversation on pathways out of poverty for millions of Americans. According to Salon, “The American left should start paying attention to the Wall Street Journal’s Jason Riley. His name is on the rise.”

To our 2019 annual dinner sponsors and attendees, we are truly excited to hear from not one, but two Generation X leaders – one a nationally respected voice in our culture, and the other currently the most popular Governor in the United States.

We thank you for continuing to support the mission of JMI and our battle for freedom, liberty, and sensible policy solutions.
