JMI Releases the 2024 Edition of The Journal
TALLAHASSEE – Today, The James Madison Institute released the 2024 edition of The Journal, JMI’s annual publication of articles from a host of policy areas. The latest edition of The Journal includes 24 individual articles, opinions, narratives and reflections from industry leaders, policy experts, JMI advisors, and staff. It is our hope that you will see this issue as an insight into the many ways that Florida is at the forefront modeling free-market and limited government ideals for the nation to follow. This edition of The Journal also looks ahead to issues with which the Sunshine State will need to grapple in the coming months and years.
This 2024 edition of The Journal includes articles from Secretary of State Cord Byrd, Florida Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis, Representative Mike Giallombardo, Americans for Tax Reform President Grover Norquist, and others.
“It is our sincere hope that in preparing this edition, we could provide a glimpse into the bright future we see for the Sunshine State as we continue our efforts to position the state as a beacon for the country and the world.” –Dr. J Robert McClure- President and CEO, The James Madison Institute
“For almost 40 years, JMI has pursued a mission of providing elected leaders and everyday Floridians with objective, timely, and compelling information on policy issues affecting the economy of the Sunshine State. It is our privilege to continue that mission. I would like to thank the many who have made this issue of The Journal one that I am exceedingly proud of.” — Logan Padgett, Senior Vice President, The James Madison Institute
