For far too long Florida families have been paying the freight for wealthy billboard trial lawyers’ fraud. With the passage of HB837, our policymakers finally take a stand and say, “no more.”
JMI thanks the sponsors, Chair Tommy Gregory and Representative Tom Fabricio, along with House Speaker Paul Renner and the 80 members of the Florida House who voted for Florida’s families and against those who would continue to use Florida’s taxpayers as an ATM.
We encourage the Florida Senate to continue its process so that this transformational reform can be sent to the Governor’s desk.
