“Today, Chair Khan’s rogue Federal Trade Commission announced its lawsuit against Amazon. Unfortunately, this is just the latest example of the FTC seeking to rewrite American antitrust law and move it away from the consumer welfare standard to a presumption that big is bad. If successful, this latest lawsuit will invariably leave consumers facing higher prices and the loss of services that have made Amazon one of the most loved companies in the country.
