“JMI, elected officials host top high-school juniors”
October 13, 2015The James Madison Institute welcomed top high-school juniors to gain hands-on experience in government operations as part of its Youth Leadership Tallahassee program.The students participated in various events, including “Mayor for a Day” with Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum, who spoke to students about his day-to-day responsibilities.The students also had lunch and networking sessions with members of the media and other local officials including: Rep.
