TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) – Former Florida State University President Stanley Marshall has passed away at the age of 91.The James Madison Institute confirms that Marshall passed away Sunday at his home in Tallahassee’s Westminster Oaks retirement community. He had suffered from illnesses in recent years.Marshall served as President of Florida State University from 1969 to 1976.
